Elements of the American South, the Caribbean,Britain,Spain and Africa
have altered the course of Bahamian cuisine throughout history.
Tomato-based dishes, featuring local seafood and meat, and with seasonings such as thyme
and spicy hot peppers, are frequent and popular main courses.
Native fruits and locally produced rum feature in local desserts and cocktails.
The Bahamian brewed Kalik-Beer tastes delicous. The same is with the various Rum-Mixdrinks,
like Bahama Mama or Goombay Smash etc.
We serve excelent red and white wines from around the world.

On the lunch menu you can find things like Strammer Max, Hamburger with Fries, Swisstoast,
differnt kinds of soups or a chefsalat. Special wishes for vegetarian and diabetics are
no problem due to the rich choice of fruit and vegetables.
You can also order lunch for daily trips.
